Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support QC Officers in daily inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products

• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis to identify and implement quality and process improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and engineering to resolve quality issues

• Support internal audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure quality standards meet or exceed specifications and company requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years experience in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturing

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude

• Strong leadership and team management skills with a people-focused approach

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI; experience with Share Point advantageous

• Experience or willingness to undertake management system auditing training
