Senior Advisor - Health & Safety (3-Month Contract)
We're looking for an experienced Health & Safety professional to join a dynamic team and provide short-term support. This role focuses on improving safety culture, managing risks, and supporting leaders with practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the health & safety management system
• Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance activities
• Develop and implement safety initiatives, policies, and training programs
• Provide expert advice on health, safety, and wellbeing across multiple sites

Key Details:

• Location: Burwood East (with occasional travel to Williams Landing & Ballarat)
• Work Pattern: 5-day on-site fortnightly, anchor day Thursday
• Duration: 3 months
