Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Manpower is on a lookout for experienced Senior Digital Marketing Officer to work with their large State Government client in a contracting position with a high likelihood of further extension.

The salary for the role would be between $66-$80 per hour excl. superannuation.

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to support the establishment of the Communications & Marketing Unit within the division. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative content aligned with the department's overall objectives, publishing and producing content across multiple platforms and channels, and providing tailored and targeted digital marketing programs and campaigns to audiences across the sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of this unit, the successful applicant will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing digital projects
  • Providing expert advice and support
  • Developing external and internal digital marketing strategies
  • Ensuring consistency of branding and language across all digital marketing initiatives and materials
  • Supporting the timely and successful delivery of work programs
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
  • Developing and executing plans for change management

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing digital marketing programs and campaigns in a professional educational arena
  • Proven ability to work across multiple sites with multifaceted requirements
  • Understanding of the interrelationships and inter dependencies of Academy functions and diverse stakeholder needs
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in direction and communications requirements
  • High level of interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Capacity to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Academy
