They are currently seeking to appoint a talented Senior FP&A Analyst to assist the Financial Controller to establish a dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis function

The Role

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will work closely with the Financial Controller to provide valuable business insights through robust planning and targeted reporting. This high-profile role will own the financial planning process and partner with operations with other duties including but not being limited to:

  • Drive and co-ordinate the Group's annual budgeting process as well as periodic forecasting.
  • Perform group performance reporting, financial forecasting, business valuation and analysis.
  • Own the Group's current financial models and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyse financial data and create new financial models for decision support.
  • Own the Group's cash flow forecasting process, identify liquidity requirements and trends and make recommendations around the Group's financing needs.
  • Consult with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans.
  • Guide the cost analysis by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation computations.
  • Work closely with the Group's various finance teams across the globe.
  • Contribute to the monthly Board reporting process.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.



About you

As the successful Senior FP&A Analyst you will be working alongside and supporting the Financial Controller to establish the Financial & Analysis capability of the business. You will work strategically and provide valuable insights into the business. You will have excellent knowledge about the reporting software, being the SME when it comes to loading and extracting financial and operational data. The Senior FP&A Analyst will also demonstrate the ability to:-

Skills & Experience

  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in finance
  • Pursuing membership to a professional accounting body or CFA, or the desire to pursue
  • Relevant Finance experience including some experience in an analytical role
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel
