Exciting opportunity - 3 open roles! Service Delivery Controller
We are currently looking for 3 x casual officers for one of Australia's largest private rail freight companies!
This position will be working full time hours on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern for approximately 3 to 6 months (with potential extension) as a casual located in North Sydney
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Strong Microsoft office and computer skills
- Knowledge of transport, logistics planning and operations
- Flexible to working shift and weekend work
- Inbound / Outbound Calls
- Incident data entry
- Reporting repair work
- Supporting the train crew
- Updating train schedules / roster changes
