Our client is well-known and respected for providing end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services across a range of industries - including rail and transport, communications and technology systems, oil and gas, power, renewables and resources, water and defence. They are currently seeking an experienced warehouse operator to start asap!

About the Role
You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials and parts across the main warehouse, sub-warehouse and external storage areas. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Receipting and quality checking incoming products from external vendors
- Safe and productive storage of parts and materials
- Loading and unloading trucks for both incoming and outgoing stock
- Accurate Pick & Pack and order fulfilment
- Conducting stocktakes and cycle counts
- Processing transactions in UGL's inventory management system (SAP)
- Maintaining compliance with all warehouse record-keeping requirements
About You
You're an experienced warehouse professional who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork. You'll also bring:
- Current Forklift (LF) licence - confident operating both counterbalance and high reach forklifts
- SAP experience (or other warehouse management systems) - highly regarded
- Strong background in loading and unloading trucks of varying configurations
- Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Proficient computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in heavy industry environments (rail, automotive, defence, avionics or similar) - highly desirable
