Manpower is pleased to be partnering with LogicVein Inc. as they look for their next Territory Sales Executive ANZ. The incumbent will be responsible for complementing the global sales strategy in ANZ; working with an existing client base as well as through new client acquisition.

LogicVein Inc. is a Privately owned Japanese organisation with a large international presence, they offer bespoke and cutting-edge network management, network configuration and network monitoring systems and tools.

The role

Reporting into the CEO, the Territory Sales Executive ANZ will be responsible for generating new leads, driving sales growth, building lasting relationships, as well as developing sales infrastructure.

The Territory Sales Executive ANZ responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing on an agreed strategic sales plan, with the intention of growing market share across ANZ
  • Identifying and prioritising sales opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging with new and existing clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers from target clients
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of LogicVein's product range
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
  • Keeping on top of industry trends; competitors, market trends and conditions

About you

The role will suit a passionate IT and Tech Sales professional with core experience in IT network monitoring, and configuration automation industry.

To be considered, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Sales industry experience in IT network monitoring, and configuration automation
  • An established network of IT professionals and organisations
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superb soft skills including negotiating, influencing and presenting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self motivation with the drive and determination to succeed
  • A willingness to travel within the ANZ territory as needed
