What You'll Do:

  Deliver outstanding service across retail sales, ticketing, bar service, and events

  Engage visitors with informative and entertaining storytelling about our products and history

  Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue

About You:

  You hold a current RSA

  
  


• 
  

  You have 2+ years' experience in retail, tourism, or hospitality

  
  


• 
  

  You're a confident communicator who loves engaging with people

  
  


• 
  

  You bring a friendly, helpful, and proactive attitude to work every day

  
  


• 
  

  You're available to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
