Job description
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a fast growing and dynamic Sydney law firm. In this role, you will work closely with a Partner and Lawyer, becoming a key member of the team and providing top-tier administrative support across various tasks and responsibilities.
Key duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Managing and coordinating extensive diaries for the team
- Billing and financial record management
- Cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships
- Taking client instructions on behalf of the team
- Preparing and reconciling expenses
- Drafting and preparing legal documents
- Opening and closing client files
- Organising events and functions
- Managing and maintaining filing systems
Who We Are Looking For
Seeking a highly organised individual with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Legal or Personal Assistant, preferably within a litigation practice. The ideal candidate would have clear communicator, strong prioritisation skills, proactive in their work and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
