Job description
A fantastic opportunity to work within a global company, leading the development and execution of customer-facing offers and commercial partnerships across the ANZ region! This role is critical to shaping our customer experience and driving commercial outcomes through the delivery of strategic initiatives.
THE IMPORTANT BITS -
- Monday - Friday, 3 days in Office, Docklands, 2 day WFH.
- 12 month contract.
- 9AM - 5PM.
THE ROLE -
- Manage commercial partnerships and vendor relationships, including contract oversight and performance tracking whilst designing and delivering customer offers and programs.
- Lead planning and execution (in collaboration with an events agency) of major internal and external events, including content development, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, legal, sales, finance, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of customer offers and initiatives.
- Support internal communications and reporting, including reconciliation, budgeting, and agency coordination whilst contributing to strategic planning and innovation efforts across the customer portfolio.
THE PERSON -
- Strong experience in customer offer development, marketing, and commercial partnerships.
- Must have budget and project management experience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. Comfortable engaging stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
- Clear examples of leadership, either direct or indirect.
- Established financial acumen and budget management ability.
- Experience managing complex projects and events with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, engineering or similar
- 4+ years of experience in managing projects or vendor / partner relationships
- Full working rights in Australia.
