The purpose of this role is to provide the Directors in the Division with high-level confidential executive assistance
and undertake administrative activities across the Division. The successful applicant will enjoy working as part of a
small team that provides administrative and office management support for the Division and cover when other
Executive Assistants are away from the office.
The role includes, but is not limited to supporting Executives managing emails and organising meetings, stakeholder
consultations, preparing papers and agendas, supporting recruitment processes, coordination of procurement and
HR processes relating to the Division as well as helping to support the delivery of secretariat functions for key
departmental governance bodies which are coordinated by the Division.
This position requires the successful applicant to demonstrate high level interpersonal and communication skills,
including the capacity to manage the relationship interface, on behalf of the Executive Team, with a wide range of
internal and external stakeholders. This role will suit applicants who enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing
Experience using Ariba, Excel and Share-Point is also desirable.
