Position Description

Change Management Specialist will work with Asset Life-cycle Planning team to provide support in managing the change associated with rolling out the asset corridor strategies, Network asset management plan and shifting from annual funding to multi year funding. This necessitate close collaboration with senior change management analyst from Asset management framework team.
Currently, number of improvement and enablement initiatives have been identified and change management specialist will be responsible for supporting asset life-cycle planning team to plan and

schedule for the relevant high priority initiatives. Change management specialist need to manage required change processes associated with each initiative.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support business integration and adoption of the changes required.
  • Provide a readiness plan for transitioning from one MPM funding scenario to other.
  • Provide support to senior change management analyst and asset planner to Identify future change management activity based on stakeholder impact assessment.
  • Complete change management assessments.
  • Evaluate and ensure user/stakeholders readiness.
  • Work closely with the respective leads within the Asset Life-cycle Planning team.
  • Work closely with the Asset Management & Framework Team re: ECIP/ISO55001

Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering / Business (or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years Asset Management experience ideally within a rail or infrastructure environment.
  • Previous experience developing and managing the organisational change processes.
  • Proven experience in the ability to drive & facilitate discussions.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management
    1.7 Key Selection Criteria
  • Proven experience in developing change management plan.
  • Proven experience in the ability to drive & facilitate discussions.
  • Previous Asset Management experience is advantageous.
  • Previous rail experience is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in creating strategy to facilitate the business integration of the changes.
