About the Role

This is a hybrid position combining warehouse operations with administrative tasks. You'll be working mostly independently in a small warehouse setting, with minimal supervision and occasional interaction with office staff.

Work split: 60% admin / 40% manual handling
Team size: 2-3 people onsite
Environment: Quiet, focused, and self-managed

Key Responsibilities

• Manual pick and pack (no RF scanners)
• Process orders and prepare dispatch documentation
• Receive, unpack, and dispatch goods
• Operate a Walkie Stacker (forklift license a bonus)
• Manual handling of goods up to 25kg
• Perform inventory checks and stock management
• Data entry and light admin (emails, inventory systems)
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Support the small on-site team as needed

About You

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (emails, data entry, inventory systems)
• Experience with SAP highly desirable
• Forklift experience/license a bonus
• Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
• Positive communicator and team player
