Job description
We are looking for a mature, experienced, and reliable Senior Warehouse Cleaner to lead a small team of four at our Campbelltown-based warehouse. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in supervising others and providing clear direction and coaching in daily cleaning and labouring tasks.
You'll be responsible for overseeing and assisting with the cleaning of mould from walls using chemicals, as well as the unboxing and reboxing of documents affected by mould. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the work is carried out in a safe, non-hazardous environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of four cleaners/labourers
Provide clear instructions and on-the-job coaching
Perform mould cleaning using supplied chemicals
Unbox and rebox documents during the restoration process
Monitor team performance and report progress to management
Ensure safety protocols and workplace standards are consistently followed
Requirements:
Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role (cleaning or warehouse environment preferred)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
No asthma or underlying respiratory health conditions
Strong communication skills and a proactive leadership style
Reliable, well-organised, and safety-conscious
Must be able to provide a valid National Police Check
