Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Dispatch (Casual)
Location: Archerfield, QLD
Pay Rate: $32.25/hour
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30am to 3:30pm

Position Summary:
This role is responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and processing of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ERP system experience, and a solid understanding of dispatch and freight procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders within specified time frames
• Create consignments using online freight portals
• Process orders through ERP systems (Navision and Netsuite)
• Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel for order and stock communication
• Communicate internally regarding order completion, discrepancies, and issues
• Ensure packaging standards are met for both domestic and international shipments
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction

Essential Requirements:

• Physically fit, motivated, and resilient
• Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills (to be tested during recruitment)
• Independent, reliable transport (no public transport or drop-offs)
• Proficient in ERP systems, particularly Navision and/or Netsuite
• Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Proven ability to meet dispatch deadlines and work efficiently in a warehouse environment
