Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Incoming Goods (Casual)
Location: Archerfield, QLD
Pay Rate: $34 p/h
Employment Type: Casual (38 hours/week)
Shift: Mon-Fri ongoing work, 7:30-3:30
MUST HAVE FORKLIFT LICENSE

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Receive and process purchase, transfer, and return orders using ERP systems (Navision & Netsuite)
• 
  Check and receipt incoming goods within set time frames
• 
  Maintain accurate bin locations in the system and complete bin movement transactions
• 
  Communicate order discrepancies or issues internally
• 
  Prepare stock for efficient put away and support physical replenishment activities
• 
  Wrap and label pallets of excess stock for racking storage
• 
  Select and coordinate stock for the dispatch team in collaboration with the high-reach forklift operator
• 
  Unload trucks and containers, and safely move pallets within the warehouse using a forklift

Essential Requirements:

• Most have PR or AUS Citizen
• Demonstrated commitment to long term employment
• 
  Physically fit, motivated, and resilient
• 
  Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills
• 
  Reliable transport (public transport or drop-offs not suitable)
• 
  Confident in using ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
• 
  Current LF forklift licence with experience in operating forklifts
• 
  Ability to follow warehouse processes accurately and work in a team
