Warehouse Store person

Specific Requirements:

1. Must hold or apply to hold within three months of commencement of employment a current L.F. forklift licence.
2. Required to wear all necessary safety equipment. (Steel capped work boots mandatory).
3. Current, full and unrestricted Car drivers licence issued in the state of employment.
   
   

Objective:
The Warehouse Storeperson plays a vital role in the movement of products, both nationally and internationally. It is vital that all duties are performed carefully and accurately at all times. Attention to detail is essential for the development of the operation.
Your primary role is to perform the required duties as directed, to maintain the movement of both the inward and outward stock through the warehouse, whilst keeping the warehouse as safe and as user friendly as possible.
To achieve this, you are expected to take responsibility for the following duties and to contribute to an innovative team environment.

Duties and Obligations

• 
  Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of warehouse and stock.
• 
  Picking and packaging of goods to be freighted as directed. (Metro, interstate, overseas)
• 
  Maintain the system for the tracking of dispatched goods.
• 
  Monitor inventory levels by performing stocktaking when directed, and restocking shelving as required to maintain stock availability.
• 
  Required to load and unload both inward and outgoing inventory.
• 
  Maintain stock inventory accuracy by sorting and counting inventory on delivery.
• 
  Responsible for the routine daily maintenance of forklifts before operation.
  
  
• Will also be required to clean the toilets and Lunch room every 2nd week
