Joining the Manpower team, you'll get the opportunity to support a range of existing client portfolio's across specialised recruitment, project account management alongside putting your own stamp on our business by bringing in your own recruitment partnerships. The role will see you complete full recruitment cycles including detailed job briefs, educating clients on market conditions, and finding some of the best trade, logistics and white-collar talent.

Role responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- End to end recruitment
- Business development
- Talent pooling
- Maintaining and building on client relationships with regular visits
- Candidate care and management
To be successful in this role, the below requirements are ideal but not necessary:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent relationship building experience
- Comfortable with sales
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to develop your own business leads and move them through the business development cycle
- Current Driver's Licence
