We are now seeking APS6 level Senior Recruitment Advisor for our large Federal Government client in Canberra.
Duration: On-going, Non-ongoing and Full-time options are available
Australian citizens with minimum Baseline clearance or ability to obtain one are eligible to apply
What to expect:
The APS 6 Senior Recruitment Advisor is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding functions.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of recruitment projects and processes including assisting in the design and development of strategies and planning of initiatives
- Supporting stakeholders and providing advice on complex recruitment and onboarding matters
- Manage the day-to-day operations of junior members of the team
- Champion best practice and appropriate governance for recruitment processes with business areas
- Review selection reports for delegate approval and provide constructive feedback to selection panels to encourage continuous improvement
- Engage with business areas on recruitment strategy and identify solutions to fit their circumstances
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end APS recruitment as part of an in-house recruitment function serving internal stakeholders
- Sound understanding of the Public Service Act, APS Commissioner's Directions, and other relevant restrictions and guidelines that relate to APS recruitment
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure the best possible hiring outcome is achieved
