We're seeking a driven Project Engineer to join a dynamic team delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary electrical projects across Victoria. If you love solving technical challenges, coordinating smart people, and seeing your designs come to life in the field, this role offers real impact and growth.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver high‑quality engineering design and project coordination across major energy and infrastructure projects.
- Lead the design process end‑to‑end - managing scope, timelines, risks, costs and multi‑disciplinary inputs.
- Collaborate across teams including Design, Construction, Commissioning, Communications, and SCADA.
- Support commissioning, procurement, site activities and technical documentation.
- Improve processes, contribute to innovation, and champion engineering best practice.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience managing multiple projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of design processes, project management principles, and electrical distribution/transmission networks.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
