Job description

They are seeking an experienced, motivated Asphalt Supervisor to join their Infrastructure Services team in Minto, to work in the Sydney Metropolitan area.
In this role, you'll oversee surfacing works across the Sydney metro area, working closely with our clients Department Manager and Senior Leadership Team to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient outcomes.
Job Description:
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate asphalt crews to achieve positive results.
- Assist with planning and programming surfacing works and projects.
- Monitor works against budgets, productivity targets, and quality standards.
- Communicate schedules and resource changes with stakeholders.
- Ensure crews are fully inducted, trained, licensed, and competent.
- Maintain compliance with specifications, quality, and efficiency controls.
- Identify and resolve workplace hazards, risks, and incidents.
- Support development of SWMS and attend toolbox and prestart meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Asphalt Supervisor or Foreman leading surfacing crews.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Ability to work nights and weekends when required.
- Highly organised with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a drive to deliver high standards.
