Job Title: Retrievals Officer
Location: Erskine Park
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $33.08 per hour + Super

Own transport - no Public transport if possible

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retrievals Officer to join our team in Erskine Park. In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving and scanning items requested by clients, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within required time frames. This position requires strong reliability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Retrieve items as requested by clients in a timely manner.
• 
  Scan documents and prepare them for client delivery.
• 
  Monitor the system to track and manage incoming orders.
• 
  Ensure all client requests are completed accurately and on schedule.
• 
  Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• 
  Work efficiently to meet delivery time frames and service standards.

Requirements:

• 
  Current (or in-progress) Police Check - essential.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and high level of reliability.
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  Good computer skills and ability to use internal systems.
• 
  Strong time management and organisational skills.
