Assembly Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team in Baulkham Hills. This is a hands-on role working with mechanical components and fabricated parts. If you enjoy practical, detail-oriented work and take pride in producing high-quality results, this position could be the perfect fit.

Key Details:

Location: Baulkham Hills

Pay Rate: $33.38 per hour

Shifts: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble fabricated parts at your workstation, following set build instructions
• Check, test, and fine-tune components to meet product standards and tolerances
• Use hand tools and power tools to safely and accurately assemble units
• Identify and repair components that do not pass testing
• Work to established procedures and guidelines with support from your supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with company expectations

About You:

• High school certificate or equivalent (VET or trade-related training is an advantage)
• Previous experience in assembly, mechanical work, or similar hands-on roles is highly regarded
• Comfortable following structured processes and maintaining accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Solid understanding of basic mechanical concepts and common tools used in assembly
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
