About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner to manufacture and assemble high-quality cabinetry and joinery components. You'll work from detailed plans and technical drawings, using modern machinery and tools to bring custom designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture cabinets and joinery components from plans and technical drawings
• Operate woodworking machinery (saws, edgebanders, CNCs, etc.)
• Assemble cabinetry components including frames, drawers, and doors
• Perform accurate measuring, cutting, sanding, and fitting
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members and follow production schedules

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in cabinet making or a similar role
• Ability to read and interpret joinery/cabinetry plans
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and woodworking machinery
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery (preferred)
