We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick Packers to join our warehouse team in Coorparoo for a short-term assignment with potential extension.
This role involves picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and enjoy hands-on work, we would love to hear from you.
Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from inventory according to order slips.
• Safely and efficiently pack items to prevent damage during transport.
• Label and prepare shipments with all required documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure inventory is easy to access.
• Follow all health and safety procedures to keep the workplace clean and safe.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or pick packing role (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items safely.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer literacy; experience with warehouse systems is an advantage.
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential (training available).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
