ManpowerGroup is actively engaged with a State Government department now seeking multiple call centre and customer service operators to join a well functioning team to assist in handling customer enquiries and provide technical and customer support.

Looking for candidates with at least 2 years experience in call centre, retail, admin etc.

Training duration will be 5 days and will be held on site (Parramatta)

Key Duties:

  • Providing assistance to the customer support team in a prompt manner
  • Assisting customers with general enquiries
  • Providing accurate information to requests made by customers
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and information
  • Stay up to date with the departments policies to respond accurately to enquiries

About you:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous Government experience is preferred but not required
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service orientated

Requirements:

Candidates will have to have a suitable home set up for working from home including a reasonable internet connection with consistent speeds to handle enquiries in a timely manner as well as mobile phone with adequate reception.

Candidates who live close by to Parramatta is preferred due to being required to attend work meetings on occasions and have prompt IT support when needed.
