We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Pick Packer to join our team in Campbelltown. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Accurately pick products according to order requirements.
• 
  Pack and prepare items securely for dispatch.
• 
  Label and document outgoing shipments correctly.
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• 
  Assist with stock control and inventory management as required.
• 
  Operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
• 
  Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 
  Previous warehouse or pick packing experience (preferred, not essential).
• 
  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• 
  Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving items up to 15-20kg throughout the day.
• 
  Good communication and teamwork skills.
• 
  Basic computer literacy; experience with warehouse systems advantageous.
• 
  Current forklift licence desirable (training may be provided).
• 
  Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.
