Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise staff within the prison kitchen.
- Prepare and deliver meals to various sites within the prison.
- Work alongside and provide guidance to prisoners involved in food preparation.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Catering Background: Experience in catering delivery is desired.
- Supervisory Experience: Previous experience leading a team is preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Must complete a Tasmania National Police Check.
- Ability to work within a correctional facility environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a professional appearance.
