Manpower are currently looking for Chefs for our client based in Punkapunyal.

You would be working in a 'Mess Hall' setting, working closely with lead Chefs to ensure operation of a high-volume face paced kitchen.
Pay Rate : From $34 p.h. + OT + Super
Duties:
- Serving breakfast, lunch dinner and functions
- 6 mess on site in total, Breakfast 5am - 1pm, Lunch / Dinner 11:30 - 7:30pm
- Max 150 buffet style service for dinner
- Food preparation and quality control
- Operate large volume commercial cooking equipment
- Maintain a clean work space
Requirements:
- Any availabilities considered even if people can cover certain shifts
- Be an Australian Citizen and able to pass police check
- Previous Chef experience - HACCP, Qualified Chef
- Available for an immediate start
