We're seeking an organised and detail-oriented Claims Officers to join our clients busy Sales Operations team at Gepps Cross. You'll be responsible for processing claims efficiently, validating supporting information, liaising with internal teams, and keeping customers informed. This is a fast-paced role with variety, perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working across departments.

THE IMPORTANT BITS -

• Monday - Friday, 08:00AM - 16:00PM.
• 2X positions, 1 3 month, 1 ongoing.
• $42PH + Super, Weekly Pay.

THE ROLE -

• Process and manage claims accurately from submission to closure

• Review and validate CCTV footage, pick information, and other supporting evidence

• Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, and other internal teams to verify claims

• Track claim progress and maintain accurate records

• Communicate with customers to resolve enquiries and provide updates

THE PERSON -

• Previous experience in claims processing, administration, or customer service

• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate information from multiple sources

• Confidence working with CCTV footage and documentation

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
