Our client is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.
This role contributes significantly to providing premium customer service by supporting the operations team and Area Managers in carrying out after pet care services in a professional and compassionate manner supporting the company's purpose in "Honouring a lifetime of unconditional love".
You will be the key point of contact for clients, veterinary clinics, and internal teams, ensuring enquiries, viewings, collections, and aftercare services are handled smoothly, accurately, and with compassion.
Loganholme - 1x fulltime position, 1x casual 22 hours per week.
Ipswich - 1x fulltime position
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, compassionate pet aftercare services and high-quality customer care.
- Manage client enquiries via phone, email, online bookings, chat, and social media.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Greet and support clients attending viewings, collecting ashes, or arranging pet deliveries.
- Prepare pets and viewing rooms to company standards as required.
- Manage client payments, including Zip Pay and Vet Pay.
- Accurately maintain client and veterinary records and process payments.
- Schedule vet, home, and office collections, including travel logistics when required.
- Identify and escalate client or vet concerns to management.
- Maintain presentation, hygiene, WH&S standards, and company policies.
About You
- Compassionate, calm, and professional communicator.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience (office)
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Comfortable working in emotionally sensitive environments.
- Maintain a positive attitude whilst under pressure
