We are looking for a well-organised and customer-focused Warehouse Dispatch Admin to join our client's Brisbane warehouse team. This role plays an important part in supporting smooth warehouse operations and ensuring excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.

Key Duties

• 
  Respond to stock and order queries from internal teams.
• 
  Assist with allocating daily work to warehouse staff.
• 
  Deliver a high level of customer service at all times.
• 
  Prepare and print picking slips for warehouse staff.
• 
  Invoice sales orders and ensure all required paperwork is sent with deliveries.
• 
  Process orders using our freight management system.
• 
  Book couriers and transport for outgoing deliveries.
• 
  Manage and record hired pallet movements.
• 
  Process returns and customer credits accurately.

What We're Looking For

• 
  Previous experience in a despatch, warehouse admin, or logistics role (preferred).
• 
  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Good communication and time management abilities.
• 
  Experience with freight systems and invoicing (an advantage).
• 
  Customer service mindset and a team-focused approach.
• 
  Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
