About the Company

Our client is looking for a highly driven Commercial Property Manager to join their established and still growing team. With a strong reputation in Sales, Leasing Property Management and facilities Management, our client successfully manages a diverse mix of commercial assets including retail, industrial and commercial, ranging from single occupancy tenancy to high-level multi-tenanted office buildings.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Day to day management of commercial properties
• Liaising with tenants, contractors, owners and their legal representatives
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Lease administration
• Outgoing Reconciliations and Adjustments
• Safety measure management
• Service contract management

About you

To be successful in the Commercial Property Manager role you will have:

• 12 - 18 months experience in Commercial Property Management
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry
• Current Agents Representative Certificate
• Great attention to detail and accounting acumen
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working as part of a team and liaising with a variety of people
• Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Proactive by nature, a team player and strong work ethic
• Flexibility, time management skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision
• Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
