Job description
- Position Description: Injury Management, Return to Work / Fitness for Work Coordinator
- Role accountabilities include:
- Develop and advise on procedures for fitness for work, workers compensation, injury management, and return to work.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements for workers compensation and return to work processes.
- Manage all aspects of workers compensation, injury management, and rehabilitation for employees.
- Facilitate communication between injured employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate return to work and injury management plans.
- Undertake health and well being projects and provide accurate reports
Competencies/Certifications
Candidates must hold the following and provide evidence:
- Diploma of Personal Injury and Disability Insurance Management
or
a Certificate IV Personal Injury and Disability Insurance Management with a minimum of two years relevant experience. - Current competence as a Return-to-Work Coordinator.
- Current Driver Licence
