We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team at a busy warehouse facility in Campbelltown. This hands-on position involves a combination of forklift operation (60-70%) and manual labour (20-30%) as part of a dynamic logistics and storage operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation:

• Safely operate a high reach forklift to transport and store archive boxes.

• Retrieve and place items accurately in high-bay racking systems.

Order Fulfilment:

• Pick and transport archive boxes to fulfil internal or external requests.

• Ensure proper handling and movement of records, maintaining data integrity.

Manual Handling & Labour:

• Perform general warehouse labour including lifting, sorting, and organising archive boxes.

• Assist team members with manual tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.

Warehouse Maintenance & Safety:

• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

• Conduct routine safety checks of equipment and follow all warehouse safety protocols.

• Comply with company procedures and warehouse operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid LF forklift licence with proven experience in high reach operation.

• Experience working in warehouse or logistics environments.

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously.

• LO licence or order picker experience is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry boxes and perform repetitive manual tasks.

• Comfortable working at height using high reach equipment.

• Capable of working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $32 - $36 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Ongoing)

• Employment Type: Full-time ongoing, with potential for permanent placement
