We're looking for a reliable Production Operator / Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is split roughly 50% production labor and 50% forklift operation. You'll be working on the safe and efficient production of concrete pipes and handling materials with a forklift.

There are excellent progression opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily pre-start equipment checks

• Prepare and operate production equipment

• Move pipes, reinforcement cages, and materials using a forklift

• Monitor and maintain product quality

• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas

• Follow all safety protocols and report any issues

• Support maintenance tasks when needed

• Be flexible to work overtime and Saturdays as required

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar industries preferred

• Strong focus on safety and cleanliness

• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

• Own transport preferred

• PPE: Long sleeve high vis shirt and long sleeve pants with reflector tape
