About the Role
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be pivotal in managing key customer accounts, with a special focus on Premier accounts. Your goal will be to maintain and grow existing business relationships, identify opportunities for account development, and provide a seamless customer experience. This role combines customer service expertise with a strong commercial acumen to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales targets and KPIs, with emphasis on Premier accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities and create actionable sales account plans.
- Handle lead generation, qualification, and coordination with Account Managers.
- Provide tailored solutions to customers, leveraging deep product knowledge.
- Deliver proactive, professional communication to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on account management.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Experience in inbound/outbound call center environments.
- Familiarity with SAP and sales-related systems.
