Essentions requirements:
- Degree qualification in Business, Local Government, Project Management or similar, coupled with relevant experience.
- Current registrations to Work with Vulnerable People.
- Drivers Licence and full COVID Vaccination.
Selection Criteria
- Significant experience in investigating a wide range of emerging issues within a public sector context in order to provide informed advice to executive management.
- Proven ability to research and prepare a diverse range of well written and succinct reports and correspondence to both internal and external clients.
- Proven ability to actively engage and consult with multiple stakeholders to achieve and influence improved outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills including time management; problem solving; dealing with challenging situations; capacity to adjust to short-term change; and verbal communication skills that enable effective interaction with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to supervise a team to achieve exceptional levels of administrative support and the delivery of quality customer service.
