What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering solutions with professionalism and care.

  • Accurately process and enter customer orders with precision and efficiency.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.

  • Organize and manage email orders in collaboration with the Customer Service Team Leader.

  • Support wider team initiatives and projects that improve processes and customer outcomes.

  • Represent company values of integrity, service, and collaboration in every interaction.
