Job Title: Loan Set Representative
Location: Burwood East, VIC
Shift: Monday to Friday

• Standard: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Training Week: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  Pay Rate:
• Day Shift: $33.09 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: $37.06 per hour (after 2:00 PM, includes loading)
  Contract Type: 6-month minimum contract with potential for permanent employment
  Eligibility: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  Requirement: Valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Set Representative to join a dynamic team supporting surgical operations through the coordination and management of loan sets. This role offers a pathway into the healthcare industry, particularly in logistics and operations, with opportunities for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily loan set requirements using available inventory
• Build and maintain checklists aligned with product and customer needs
• Confirm, monitor, and follow up on bookings to ensure accurate fulfilment
• Pick, pack, ship, and manage returns of surgical loan sets
• Liaise with courier companies to ensure timely deliveries and returns
• Communicate with Sales and Marketing teams to support service excellence
• Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals including surgeons and theatre staff
• Use internal systems to track inventory and perform cycle counts
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with service standards
• Collect and analyse data for invoicing and reporting
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as directed
