About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/ Associate to join our leading research-intensive bio-pharmaceutical company based in Macquarie Park and join dynamic Customer service team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has a passion for a thriving and supportive workplace, open to different ideas and cultures and who enjoys working in a fast paced team environment.

Your primary responsibility is to provide a level of customer service to both internal and external customers that meets company and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders to meet warehouse cut off times
  • Liaise with logistics company and file orders electronically
  • Answer phones supplying relevant information to both internal and external customers
  • Reply to mail received from customers and ensure timely entry of new customers / contacts and accurate editing of details in database
  • Maintain and adhere compliance and accurately document forms
  • Excellent Customer Relationship Management
  • Credit approval forms & reconciliation of accounts liaising with internal and external customers

You will bring in

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a Customer Service role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Inventory Control Software
  • Good data entry skills and eye for detail, high level of customer focus & ability to Multi-task & prioritise
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well with other departments in a team setting
  • Self-starter with initiative who works well with minimal supervision
  • Ability to make decisions on a day to day basis concerning normal activities within defined procedures and processes
  • Experience with of SAP/SalesForce would be a plus
