The Role

You will bring in an expertise of providing hardware and software support to customers . You will perform proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identifying potential problems and help in providing solutions to the customers.

Skills Experience -

  • 2nd level desktop support technical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 7 and proficiency with Windows 10
  • Excellent troubleshooting PC hardware and printers
  • Quick learner and can work with minimal supervision
  • Friendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
