Dispatch Operator - Multiple Positions Available

Location: Murarrie, QLD
Shift: Monday - Friday - 6:00am - 2:00pm
Pay Rate: $31.19 per hour

About the Role:

We're looking for reliable and motivated Dispatch Operators to join our growing team in Murarrie. These roles involve operating laser machines, printing tags, supporting dispatch operations, and maintaining smooth production flow.

With multiple positions available, we can cater to 3, 4, or 5 days per week depending on your preferences and availability. This makes the role ideal for Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, students and visa holders seeking flexible, consistent and ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate laser machines and print tags accurately
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Use software programs confidently
• Restock product lines and complete production reports
• Conduct quality checks on printed products
• Report machine issues or product concerns promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For:

• Strong reliability and a solid work ethic
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Computer literate with strong attention to detail
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to undergo a Police Clearance
• Flexibility to work across shifts when required
