ManpowerGroup is actively engaging with a State Government department that is now looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive.

What to expect:

  • Independently plan and prioritise daily activities to support the Chief Executive including managing multiple projects and activities with non-negotiable time-frames requiring high quality outcomes and deliverables.
  • Proactively maintain the Chief Executive's electronic diary, manage the Chief Executive's email and mail system, maintain TRIM records and manage the Chief Executive's office.
  • Disseminate correspondence to relevant staff and discuss correspondence with the Chief Executive to ensure email and mail correspondence is dealt with promptly and efficiently.

About you:

  • You are an expert at meeting tight deadlines and time-frames, balancing the workload, competing priorities and multiple tasks.
  • You're known for your high level of organisation, professionalism and customer service skills.
  • You have prior experience managing and prioritising the expectations of the CEO, staff and external stakeholders to ensure all expectations are met
  • You have experience within a Federal or State Government environment
