We are recruiting FIFO Field Service Technicians and Product Support Advisors for opportunities in Newman, with roles based in the Pilbara region. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to provide engine repairs and support services directly at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and carry out less complex engine repairs at customer locations.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and ensure timely responses to customer needs.
• Utilize specialized tools and documented procedures to ensure efficient repairs and maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with schedules and standards.
• Identify additional service opportunities while working on-site.
• Complete necessary service documentation, including timesheets and warranty claims.
• Maintain service vehicles and tools to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental policies, reporting any concerns to supervisors or site management.

What We're Looking For:

• HHP (High Horsepower) engine experience is desirable.
• Field Service experience is essential, with preference given to those with exposure to Cummins, Komatsu, or BHP systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of engine systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
• Commitment to self-development and continuous learning.

Benefits and Roster Options:

• 2/1 roster: $155,000 - $190,000
• 2/2 roster: $130,000 - $150,000
• Sign-on bonus
• Annual bonus of 4%.
• Fly-in, fly-out options available from any capital city, with the requirement that candidates live within 2 hours of the airport for fatigue management.
