Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Driver with Counter Balance experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move materials throughout our facility. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $34 per hour and follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm with potential overtime on Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift with precision and attention to safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and storage areas.
- Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse or production area.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and operation of equipment.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification with Counter Balance experience.
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
