We are currently seeking dedicated Forklift Operator for our Food manufacturing client in Heidelberg West.
Location in Heidelberg West, VIC
Working Hours : 7am to 3:06pm
From Mon to Fri ( Short Term )
Pay rates : Casual position - $35 (included cold room allowance)+ Super
Able to start immediate
Forklift brand - Electric Forklift Linde and Hyster
Zones can be Frozen( - 4 degree) & Chiller ( 1.5 degree) & normal room temp.
Responsibilities:
- Physical picking of stock/ Medium-Heavy lifting
- Can be Loading or unloading trucks
- Picking Orders from list - will be using RF scanners in the future.
- General Warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold hygiene standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cold storage environment is preferred.
- Warehouse management skill.
- 12 mths of Counter Balance Forklift experience.
- Jacket will be provided.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical capability to lift up to 20kg and move objects as required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
