Manpower is actively engaged with a State Government department that is now looking for numerous Senior HR Specialists to support a range of diverse portfolios. The department are after candidates who specialise in Talent Acquisition, International HR, Workforce Relations, P&C and remuneration.
There are 3 and 12 month VPS 6 roles available and will commence ASAP.
About you
- Extensive experience as a 'subject matter expert' in international human resources management - strategy and operations, relating to - recruitment, employment conditions, global mobility, workplace relations, remuneration and job design across multiple jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated experience as in providing advice to executive level management on complex and sensitive HR issues within various cultural, legal and political environments. Including the proven ability to interpret and analyse complex legislation and the delivering the provision of authoritative and timely advice.
- Skilled Generalist in all aspects of HR, strong senior stakeholder skills and international experience.
- Skilled Talent Services, Recruitment Operations and strong people.Skilled performance management across all aspects of HR, strong senior stakeholder skills and strong people management.
