Storeperson - High Reach Forklift + Pick Packing | Moorabbin | $35 p/h + Super

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced and reliable all‑round Storeperson to join a busy warehouse team in Moorabbin. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role with a strong focus on pick/pack duties, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and contributing to a productive team environment.

An immediate start is available, with the potential to transition from casual to full‑time after 6 months.

About the Role

This position involves a mix of warehouse duties, with approximately:

80% Warehouse Floor Duties

• Picking orders to trolley using RF scanners
• Packing orders onto pallets
• Pallet breakdown and consolidation
• Replenishment and putaway tasks

20% Forklift Operation

• High reach forklift operation (Toyota units)
• Forklift work related to picking and putaways

What We're Looking For

• Current and valid LF forklift licence
• Proven experience operating a high reach forklift (Toyota preferred)
• Strong pick/pack and general warehousing experience
• Willingness to work across all warehouse functions including picking, packing, receiving, and replenishment
• Ability to work in a KPI‑driven environment and respond positively to feedback
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions promptly
• Comfortable with manual handling up to 25kg (heavier items are pair‑lifted or broken down)
• Previous RF scanning experience highly regarded
• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail

Please note: This role is not suitable for candidates seeking full‑time forklift work. The majority of duties are pick/pack focused.

Shift Times

• 8:00am - 4:00pm
• 9:30am - 5:30pm
