- Maintaining and develop the design system.
- Plan, estimate and execute 'Discovery and Design' processes with customer-centered design principles and usability testing methods, choosing, and delivering the right UX activities for the job and budget.
- Run and facilitate discovery activities; understand the business and customers' needs through workshopping, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Oversee and transition broad digital strategies into the design phase.
- Facilitate and conduct user testing, synthesis, and insights reporting.
- Productively collaborate within the digital marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure effective working relationships, engagement, and delivery of key outcomes.
About You:
- At least 5 -7 + years as an Intermediate UX/UI Designer with solid experience in UX and UI across both web and mobile. You will be ready to take the next step into a more senior role with autonomous responsibility.
- Strong portfolio of UX and UI work with an appetite for continuous improvement and learning.
- Superior stakeholder management skills and ability to facilitate discussions across other cross functional teams.
- Highly skilled in UX design, testing, and strategy.
- Exceptional knowledge of design and collaboration tools such as MIRO
- Proven ability to deliver customer-centric iterative product solutions, translating strategy into execution, understanding the big picture, and appreciating the importance of being thorough and detailed.
- Be able to explain your design process; how you problem solve and how you brought others on the journey with your ideas (ability to influence)
- Problem-solving ability, analytical aptitude, and capability to manage competing issues, working to tight deadlines.
- Strong experience in Agile (and Wagile) teams. Experience with various Agile tools and systems.
